Our life coaching retreats in Colorado, within the Rocky Mountains, are designed for women, who want to challenge and nurture themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in an inspiring setting. Hiking in the mountains, supporting others and accepting challenges can inspire a fresh approach to life or trigger a new set of insights, giving a you renewed sense of confidence. We have designed a series of idyllic days that include yoga, outdoor activities, spa treatments, inspiration, reflection, camaraderie, and healthy eating. Our retreats incorporate Life Coaching during and after the retreat to keep the experience alive and relevant to your life at home. No experience necessary!

Mind Over Mountains Life Coaching Retreats for women are unique because we also incorporate Life Coaching both during and after the retreat experience. We appreciate that a significant life experience can be difficult to keep alive once you immerse yourself into your normal routine at home. To keep you connected with your vision, we offer two free follow-up coaching sessions as part of your retreat package. You may then choose to hire one of our Certified Life Coaches for women, as part of your on-going journey.
